Suggestions for class preparation
Download the résumé and lexique and make a copy for each student.
Go through both in class, emphasizing the sound of the vocabulary as well as the meaning.
Download the parts from the internet. Please have the students chosen beforehand and go over their parts with them for pronunciation and meaning. (They do not have to learn the parts off by heart. They can bring the page on stage with them.) Please release them out of class about half an hour before performance time so that the French actors can rehearse with them and put them at their ease. It might also be useful to go through at least some of the parts with the whole class.
Topics covered in the play include asking for directions, jobs, family and telling the time.

Verbs commonly used in the text include habiter, chercher, connaître, travailler, apprendre, sortir, partir, chanter et danser.
